initial impressions can be deceiving. I use this daily and the wire (inside not visible) is making intermittent contact so the callers voice cuts in and out. It only lasted 3 months so though I liked it very much for the price it isn't durable, and if it can't be used then what is it worth really.
I hate the blue tooth headsets and always opt for these corded headsets.this one by Plantronics is super, the best one I ever had.and I am extremely picky.buy it.
It doesn't need charging. Instead they say that it sounds as if I am standing next to them. Its comfortable and works better than anything else.Terrific item. This item is far superior to every bluetooth device on the market.It sits on the ear rather than uncomfortably in it. The audio is excellent, I never get comments from the people that I call that I sound as if I am in a tunnel.
But other than that it has good sound quality. Nice headset.a bit small, or maybe I just have a big head.
I have multiple phone tools here should 1 fail & this seems to be working out well. I need reliability in my phones as a phone worker.
